Created to help more dog parents train their pets, Professor Dumbledog is a newly established pet training website. Aside from sharing practical training tips and strategies, the new website talks about the number one cause of death among dogs worldwide and what can be done to prevent it.

The newly launched website was created by Brandon Kelly, a well-respected professional dog trainer. Kelly explains that most dog parents remain unaware of the leading cause of death in pets, which is getting hit by a speeding car. He says that around 1.2 million dogs die each year from this preventable accident and discusses how to train dogs to safely avoid traffic.
This is fully elaborated in his new ebook, “Professor Dumbledog’s Four Simple Steps Canine Training Method”. Here, pet parents learn how to train their dogs so that they don’t cross streets without supervision and in case they do, how they must react to a moving vehicle.
To access the ebook, Kelly invites readers to first watch an introductory video on Professor Dumbledog. The video, which can be viewed at no cost, gives an overview of what parents can do immediately to protect their dogs.
The new ebook also explains how to correct problem behavior such as spraying and excessive barking. This is particularly useful if a parent has adopted a rescue dog. Typically, these pets have some sort of previous trauma that can be addressed in a loving home. Pet parents are encouraged to practice patience so that their adopted pet learns that they are now in a safe environment.
Through time, adopted dogs can be trained to be happy and healthy pets. Still, Kelly says that the most important dog training is for them to learn how to avoid traffic.
He says, “Professor Dumbledog helps owners train their dogs to stay out of the street without permission. Because if the dog stays out of the street, it can’t be hit by a car. This information can save their animal’s life one day.”
